The suspect entered the store and bought a item with an unknown debit card.  He returned hours later and returned the item in the original box without issue. A short time later it was noticed that the box had been opened and the item replaced with similar weight and sealed to look like it was not opened.

Suspect:

Male White 18-30 years of age, 6'0-6'3 ft, thin build, 170 lbs, thin medium sized roundish face, light scruff on chin, moustache-thin, facial hair black, arms are covered however probably has sleeved tattoos as there are a lot of tattoos on both hands. Wearing a black (backwards) ballcap hat, black hooded sweatshirt, grey jogging pants.

Synopsis:

During the months of April, May June and July; and now again overnight Sept 14/15, 2022 there have been multiple reports of water bottles, containing an unknown yellow liquid (not explosive) being left on residential properties (back yards, decks, etc). Most incidents occur in the cover of darkness during early morning hours.

Police are attempting to identify the suspect and owner of the suspect vehicle. 

Detectives do not have investigative information to suggest that these water bottles are tied to break and enters or used as markers.

Suspect:  description is vague - believed to be Male, white, in his 20's, approx 5'10, thin to medium build

Suspect vehicle: grey 4 door sedan, possibly a Honda Civic

Sunday, May 30, 2021 at 1130 hrs a male stops out front of a house, gets out of the vehicle and steals a planter described as a light blue (almost aqua) colour with handles on either side which appeared to be in the shape of an eggshell. It did have soil and flowers in it and the approximate value was estimated at $50.00.

Suspect descriptions:

The driver and sole occupant was a tall, slender, white male with brown hair wearing a baseball hat, a dark hooded sweater, blue jeans, a pair of sandals, and wearing gloves.

The pictured female was caught shoplifting meat on January 5, 2021 from a grocery store after paying for some smaller items but not the meat in her reusable shopping bag.  When she was approached by loss prevention staff and they identified themselves, the suspect sprayed the loss prevention officer directly in their right eye with what they believed to be pepper spray before any other interaction could take place.  She subsequently fled the scene and was not located.
